Come to where I live, Breckenridge, Colorado and experience the local yogi’s insight into what makes the heart tick as we root ourselves into the seasons of change during the beautiful autumn season!
This weekend retreat is about you, your physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. It harmoniously combines activities such as yoga, meditation, hiking, SUPing (weather permitting) peaceful nature walks with gourmet meals from your private chef, wine tasting, and your personal relaxation time. Everything is set up for you to relax, tone your body, heal, detox, recharge, and connect with like-minded people around you!

Accommodations
All guests will be staying at the retreat house in the Town of Breckenridge located in one of the most secluded and yet convenient locations. The retreat house is beautifully and uniquely designed, blending harmoniously with the hiking trails and town access that surrounds it. Most rooms are double-occupancy and some with shared beds. So if you are coming with a friend, please let us know your room preferences.

Price = $1100 per person with shared lodging or $1800 for a private room
A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot.

- 4:00 Activity/Cultural/Adventure

Day 4 – Sunday
- 7:30 “Inner strength” meditation
