It seems like summer was a long time ago already with autumn in full swing – the grounding required in the fall is happening and with that, many people start thinking about the year’s end.
What if I told you that October 1st each year to me is like January 1st is to most??
It’s true, I believe in many industries that what you do in the final months of the year set the course for you and your business well into the next year. For example, real estate agents are planning now for sales months from now. In my industry, we are in production now for a June issue and my retreat dates for 2021 have been planned and will be announced as soon as COVID allows.
So what does this mean for you?
Well, what did you set out to accomplish this year? And the big question is … DID YOU DO IT? And if not, WHY?
There are a lot of amazing courses out there that you don’t have to wait until the new year to embark on. Whether it’s social media support, creative marketing, CRM or acquiring some new skills to make you more marketable, I guarantee there are many resources available. One of my favorite online platforms that I have used to get over the hump is www.CreativeLive.com. Check them out for a host of quick online classes with teachers like Mel Robbins, Adrien Grenier and Amy Port in a variety of interesting topics.
So don’t wait until next year to do what you could be doing today!
